The building manager & potential renters can use it for general planning purposes.
Your event reseservation is not final until the deposit and proof of event insurance is received.
All Lodge building uses must be approved by the Building Association Trustees Commitee!
They have regular scheduled meetings the 1st Thursday of each month at 7PM (September to June)
Lodge Members, Community Organizations and members of the public
who are interested in renting the facilities are encouraged to attend.
